Job summary

Infinity Quest seeks a senior SAP PM/EAM consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in global enterprises. You will apply deep Aerospace MRO expertise to configure asset management structures, master data, maintenance orders, task lists, and Equipment BOMs.

Lead large-scale implementations and migrations with a strong track record. Ideal candidates have ECC to S/4HANA migration experience, hands-on SAP PM/EAM integration with engineering structures, and proficiency in Agile delivery using

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on SAP PM/EAM consulting in global enterprises.
• Deep Aerospace MRO processes knowledge including line/base maintenance and engine overhaul workflows.
• Hands-on ability to configure asset management structures, Equipment Master Data, Maintenance Orders, task lists, and Equipment BOMs.
• Led at least 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defence, aviation engine manufacturing, or high-tech military maintenance sectors.
• Thorough understanding of SAP ECC vs SAP S/4HANA Asset Management data models.
• Expert in Agile delivery and SAP Activate methodologies.

Job description

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on SAP PM / EAM consulting experience within complex, global enterprise landscapes.
• MRO Expertise: Deep, expert-level knowledge of Aerospace MRO processes, including line/base maintenance, engine overhaul workflows, and similar solutions.
• Configuration Mastery: Proven, hands‑on capability to configure deep asset management structures, Equipment Master Data, Maintenance Orders, task lists, and Equipment BOMs.
• Track Record: Demonstrated experience leading at least 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations, with a strong preference for large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Industry Background: Extensive prior experience operating within the Aerospace & Defence, aviation engine manufacturing, or high-tech military maintenance sectors.
• ERP Exposure: Thorough understanding of structural data model differences between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
• Methodologies: Expert proficiency in operating within Agile delivery frameworks and utilizing SAP Activate methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience aligning SAP PM with engineering structures
• Practical knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and FMEA methodologies.
