Job summary

auto-scan UK Ltd is seeking a proactive Material Controller in Crewe to manage stock control across inbound and outbound operations. You will allocate NOK stock to inspection locations and work closely with SQA teams to drive accuracy and improvements.

The role requires SAP proficiency, warehouse experience, and a meticulous, initiative-driven approach. The position is full-time with paid site allowances and regular early finishes on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential, ideally in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience of Goods in/out stock control.
• Knowledge and experience of using SAP is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work using your own initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own stock control across inbound and outbound operations.
• Allocate NOK stock to inspection locations to support inventory management.
• Collaborate with SQA and other teams to improve stock processes.
• Contribute to regular stock control reporting meetings.
• Support continuous improvement within the operation.
