Job summary

Airbus Atlas Support Centre UK at RAF Brize Norton is seeking a Material Inventory Controller to manage material requirements for the UK fleet, process orders and movements in priority, unload and handle items, and ensure accurate stock movements using SAP and Microsoft Excel.

This 100% onsite role is 35 hours per week across 4.5 days. Candidates with logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience, knowledge of SAP SP1, EASA Part 145, and a driving licence are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in material support, supply chain or logistics.
• Proficient in SAP SP1 and Excel.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations.
• Understanding of COSHH regulations.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage material requirements within the UK fleet.
• Process material orders and movements in priority sequence.
• Unload and handle items following logistics and airworthiness rules.
• Complete pick, pack and system transactions accurately.
• Check documentation before packing and closure.
• Record material movements in SAP with linked paperwork.
• Store stock correctly after picking/packing.
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Assist with receiving activities and other warehouse tasks.
• Carry out stock checks when requested.
