Team Overview:

As one of SAP’s Tier 1 global partners, we understand the importance of data in transformation journeys. Whether in S/4HANA transformations or data roadmaps, we deliver innovative solutions to our clients. You will work on full lifecycle data journeys, from roadmap to execution, delivering value through SAP solutions.

Your Role:

• Advising clients on data transformation strategies, positioning SAP and partner solutions.
• Leading data migration streams in S/4HANA transformations, collaborating with delivery teams.
• Working with clients across industries on their transformational journeys, from small projects to global transformations.

Responsibilities as SAP MDG Associate Manager:

• Supporting clients’ SAP transformation projects as a Functional Expert in master data governance.
• Translating business requirements into SAP functional designs and overseeing delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience advising on Master Data Management strategies and supporting SAP MDG implementations.
• Leading data governance model transformations and establishing target operating models.
• At least 7 years of functional data experience, SME skills in two “Big 4” data objects, full lifecycle SAP experience.
• Proven leadership in distributed teams and offshore collaborations.
• Supporting clients with data quality issues and defining corrective actions.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG deployment methodologies.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Broader S/4HANA functional experience.
• Understanding of full data lifecycle management, including non-SAP solutions.
• Experience developing relationships with C-Suite stakeholders.
• Knowledge of other MDM tools.
