SAP IT Project Manager – Hybrid Role in Global Manufacturing

Job summary

IntaPeople is recruiting an IT Project Manager for a global manufacturing business. You will take ownership of SAP-driven projects on ECC, delivering roll-outs and enhancements across sites with a structured handover from the current PM.

You will work independently across scoping through delivery, reporting to a Project Board and collaborating with business, IT and external partners. Hybrid role in South Wales with options for 1–2 days onsite.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience delivering IT projects.
• Experience with SAP modules and SAP roll-outs/implementations.
• PRINCE2 Foundation and/or Practitioner certification.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse groups.
• Experience in international or cross-cultural projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Agile certification or practical experience is advantageous.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, plans, and resources to deliver on time, cost, and quality.
• Lead project teams day-to-day and ensure delivery against agreed milestones.
• Report status, risks, and budget to the Project Board; implement corrective actions.
