Job summary

Programmers.Io is seeking an onshore Senior SAP Analytics Consultant with deep expertise in SAP ECC/S4 reporting, BW/BEx, and data modeling. The role spans the full reporting lifecycle from requirements and TSDs to SAP-to-Snowflake data modeling and Power BI dashboard delivery.

Preferred candidates will have Snowflake, Dataiku, and enterprise reporting modernization experience, focusing on analytics products and data products (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers).

Qualifications

• Must have strong SAP Reporting & Analytics background, with ECC/S/4HANA data structures and BW/BEx reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into FSD/TSD/Data Model/Reporting TSDs.
• Deep understanding of the reporting lifecycle: inventory/rationalization, source-to-target mapping, ECC-to-S/4 table mapping, data validation.
• Experience with Snowflake, Dataiku, and SAP-to-Snowflake ingestion architecture is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand business reporting requirements and assess SAP/BI reports across BW, ECC, and SAP S/4.
• Lead data validation and reconciliation between SAP sources and Snowflake targets.
• Collaborate with SAP, Snowflake, and Dataiku teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Own delivery of reporting lifecycle activities from requirements to UAT support.

The candidate should be capable of working across the complete reporting lifecycle, from business requirements and FSD/TSD definition through SAP-to-Snowflake data modeling, validation, and Power BI dashboard delivery. Experience with Snowflake, Dataiku, and enterprise reporting modernization programs is highly preferred. The profile should be analytics-focused.
