Job summary

SOM 3 Recruitment is recruiting a senior SAP HANA Architect for a London-based client project. The role is full-time with 2 days on site and 3 days remote, offering a base salary of 100,000–130,000 GBP plus a 15% bonus. International travel may be required as projects scale globally.

You will lead end-to-end SAP HANA solution design, modeling, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems, while guiding development teams and enforcing security, availability, and scalability best practices.

Requirements:

• Highly skilled SAP HANA Architect experience
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP HANA solution design and architecture for large-scale projects
• Experience designing and implementing SAP HANA models and integrating with other SAP and non-SAP systems
• Experience optimizing database and application performance through tuning, configuration, and architecture best practices
• Technical leadership experience guiding development and implementation teams
• Experience designing and implementing security, high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability strategies for SAP HANA systems
• Experience troubleshooting, performing root-cause analysis, and optimizing SAP HANA environments
• Ability to stay up to date with the latest SAP HANA developments and recommend best practices
