SAP Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager
We are seeking talented individuals with deep design and implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA Finance solutions. This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring strong client delivery skills, whilst supporting business development opportunities to grow the practice.
The successful candidate will be:
- Responsible for overseeing end-to-end implementation projects for SAP S/4 HANA Finance solutions spanning Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budget Forecasting areas.
- Able to run client design workshops in Finance for requirements gathering and walkthroughs of the target solution.
- Able to translate client needs into effective Finance solutions, providing expert guidance and recommendations based on industry standards and best practices.
- Experienced in SAP Finance Transformation domains related to Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budget Forecasting.
- Capable of shaping a client’s future Finance roadmap enabled by SAP that might involve complete redesign and build of their existing business processes.
- Has a clear understanding of the overall architecture connecting the wider digital world with core Finance processes.
- Capable of supporting business development and sales initiatives, including bid and proposal support in the SAP S/4 HANA Finance area.
The Person
- Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA Finance Transformation programmes within a consulting environment.
- SAP S/4 HANA system design, build, and deployment experience – 3 full lifecycle implementations preferred.
- Strong knowledge in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budget Forecasting activities and areas.
- Experience in running and supporting pre-sales activities—RFPs, demos, client engagement.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to clarify complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
- Strong interpersonal, team-building, organizational, and motivational skills.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices.
- Experience producing project deliverables such as business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Detailed working knowledge of how processes are enabled within SAP.
- Experience facilitating design workshops and translating requirements into design.
- Ability to build strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise and quality delivery.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with team members.
