You will leverage your extensive expertise in SAP solutions to lead a team of consultants and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on leading implementation projects
• Define and execute the vision and strategy for our SAP practice, aligning it with the overall business objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, translating them into effective SAP solutions
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices in SAP implementations and upgrades
• Develop strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on SAP-related matters
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the practice
• Proven track record of managing SAP projects, from initial scoping through to delivery and support
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, or HCM and their integration within a business context
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent
• Experience in a consulting environment and working with clients across various industries
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile SAP projects
• Deep expertise in SAP architecture, configuration, and customization
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions and migrations to S/4HANA
• Experience with integration tools and technologies such as SAP PI/PO, CPI, or middleware solutions
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
