Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a capable practitioner to join the Digital Technology team in the UK, delivering, supporting and improving enterprise application solutions across UK operations. You will manage the full lifecycle—from business analysis through to maintenance—ensuring high availability, performance, security and user satisfaction.

You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver new capabilities, support integrations, and align solutions with best practices, including

Qualifications

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform systems analysis, application development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Design and analyse data structures and application integrations.
• Develop, enhance, maintain, and support application interfaces and integrations.
• Investigate and resolve application issues, identifying opportunities for process and system improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and functional teams to deliver technology solutions that meet organisational requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure systems and enhancements are delivered effectively and on schedule.
• Provide day-to-day application support, including incident resolution, service requests, system enhancements, and configuration changes.
• Support the deployment of new business applications and system implementations.
• Maintain the availability, reliability, and performance of business-critical applications.
• Deliver support within agreed service levels, resolving incidents and implementing preventative maintenance activities.
• Participate in out-of-hours support activities when required to support key business processes.
