Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking an experienced SAP Developer to support ERP ABAP development within the Digital Technology team. The role focuses on delivering and supporting application solutions across UK divisions, ensuring operational business effectiveness.

The position requires collaboration with functional teams, maintenance of system integrity, and occasional travel to Glenrothes and Harlow. Hybrid/remote options are available with out‑of‑hours support as needed.

Qualifications

Degree level education or equivalent.
Strong SAP R3 and ABAP programming experience.
Experience with formal systems delivery methodologies.
Experience delivering and supporting business-critical application packages within a large organisation.

Responsibilities

Work with functional and business teams to deliver systems that meet requirements.
Collaborate with staff and functional users to ensure timely delivery of systems or changes.
Serve as primary contact for bug fixes, service requests and approved changes to current systems and new applications.
Ensure ongoing availability of Raytheon system solutions and improve productivity.
Provide system support within published service levels and perform preventive maintenance.
