Co-op Group in Manchester is seeking a SAP Functional Lead to steer the Customer Activity Repository (CAR) strategy. You will lead SAP CAR functionality, ensure reliable data for store operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across retail and supply chain.

You'll shape solutions with architects, engineers and business stakeholders, drive improvements, and mentor colleagues in SAP retail solutions, while working in a hybrid setup from our Manchester HQ.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in SAP CAR, ideally in retail or related environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and ongoing development of SAP CAR functionality.
• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP CAR, providing guidance on business processes, solution design and platform improvements
• Work closely with architects, engineers, product managers, business analysts and stakeholders to design and deliver effective solutions
• Support the development of key SAP CAR capabilities, including sales transaction processing, inventory visibility, stock management and omnichannel operations
• Ensure effective integration between SAP CAR and connected platforms, including retail, supply chain, store, digital and data systems
• Provide oversight and quality assurance for change delivery across the platform and its supporting services
• Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, automation and optimisation
• Coach and support colleagues, helping to build capability and knowledge across SAP retail solutions
