Job summary

DarcyBrook LTD in Dorset is seeking an SAP Business Systems Lead to make SAP Business One work as one connected system across the business, from project setup through invoicing and payment.

The role focuses on optimizing master data, sales, purchasing, production, stock and finance. You will review configurations, design standard processes and drive user adoption across departments.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with SAP Business One in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain.
• Proven experience reviewing and fixing an existing SAP Business One implementation.
• Strong understanding of how master data, sales, purchasing, production, stock and finance connect.
• Experience setting master data standards (items, BOMs, units of measure).
• Experience configuring SAP Business One or specifying changes for an implementation partner.
• Ability to map processes and design standard ways of working across departments.
• Experience testing changes with users and driving adoption.
• Ability to explain SAP clearly to all levels from shop floor to board.

Responsibilities

• Review how SAP Business One is configured and used; redesign processes and configuration.
• Own the system going forward and ensure proper data entry at the start.
• Cover the flow of a job through the business: master data, project setup, sales, purchasing, production, warehouse, logistics and finance.

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require experience mapping processes and designing standard ways of working across several departments.
• We are looking for experience testing system changes with users and managing them through to adoption.
• We require the ability to explain SAP in plain language to people at every level, from the warehouse floor to the board.

Responsibilities:

• We expect this role to review how SAP Business One is configured and used, redesign processes and configuration so information is entered correctly at the start, and own the system going forward.
• We expect the role to cover the flow of a job through the business, including master data; project setup; sales quotes, agreements, orders, and proformas; purchasing; production; warehouse operations; logistics; and finance.
