Job summary

DarcyBrook LTD in Dorset is seeking an SAP Business Systems Lead to integrate SAP Business One across the business from setup to invoicing. The role is hands-on, focusing on redesigning processes and ensuring data accuracy at the start and maintaining system integrity.

You will map master data, manage project linkage, and optimize sales, procurement, production and finance flows, collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with SAP Business One in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain.
• Proven experience reviewing and fixing an existing SAP Business One implementation.
• Strong ability to map data flows across master data, sales, purchasing, production, stock and finance.
• Experience setting master data standards for items, BOMs and units of measure.
• Experience configuring SAP Business One or specifying changes clearly for partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee master data setup and governance across items, BOMs, units of measure, customers and suppliers.
• Redesign processes and configuration so information is entered once and stays consistent.
• Lead projects linking sales, purchasing and production for end-to-end flow.
• Optimize production orders, stock movements, and warehouse transfers.
• Coordinate with finance for invoicing and reporting; ensure adoption across departments.
