Job summary

Centric Talent is hiring an ERP System Analyst in our IT department to ensure the reliable performance of the SAP Business One ERP system. The role focuses on supporting projects, improvements, and working with users, departments and third-party support to keep systems secure and compliant.

The position requires 2 days per week in our head office in Blackburn, within an hour's commute, and a minimum of 3 years ERP experience with Advanced SQL.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SAP Business One system accounts and permissions.
• Educate users on system functionality and promote a better understanding of the application suite.
• Develop solutions for business problems using SAP Business One and BPA.
• Create and maintain SQL reports.
• Serve as liaison between business partners and third-party support to develop and gather business requirements.
• Maintain close relationships with department leaders to ensure best practices for systemic improvements.
• Provide raw data to various areas for analytics.
• Manage and execute continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain data integrity and cleanliness of all databases.
• Ensure appropriate systems and controls are in place for audit purposes and provide audit evidence to external auditors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related hardware, software, user access, and other problems.
• Participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement ERP systems, applications, tasks, and integrations.
• Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
• Coordinate new software releases, fixes, and upgrades with third-party support teams and users.
• Recommend new features or changes to configuration and workflows based on user feedback.
