Job summary

A leading consulting firm in London is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Architect to drive the design and implementation of new business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to define S/4HANA requirements and oversee SAP project systems integration. The ideal candidate has master-level proficiency in SAP Project System and experience in leading large ERP transformations. This is a hybrid role for a contract duration of 9 months.

Qualifications

• Master-level proficiency in SAP Project System (PS) and Cost Controlling is required.
• Strong influencing, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
• Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, process design, and test execution is needed.
• Prior experience in leading large ERP transformation programmes is expected.

Overview

As a SAP Business Process Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of new business processes and SAP solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, you will define S/4HANA requirements, oversee project systems integration, and ensure the quality and accuracy of end-to-end process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design new business processes to support ERP transformation.
• Partner with business users to define S/4HANA use cases and requirements.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to drive adoption and understanding.
• Oversee the full lifecycle: Design, Build, Test, and Deploy for SAP Project Systems.
• Ensure effective integration with Procurement, Sales & Distribution, Finance, and Microsoft Project (Project Online).
• Manage internal and external stakeholder interfaces and project documentation.
