Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking an SAP Administrator for a Rugby-based role. You will input data, process orders in SAP, and keep records accurate in a fast-paced office, ensuring data integrity and timely response to enquiries.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week). The role offers a welcoming team environment, on-site collaboration, and a chance to develop SAP skills within a globally established brand.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• SAP experience is advantageous; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain data in Excel.
• Process customer orders using SAP.
• Keep records up to date and accurate.
• Support the wider team with general admin duties.
• Respond to emails and assist with queries.
• Maintain organised electronic records and documentation.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines with accuracy.
