Job summary

Winner Recruitment is recruiting an SAP Administrator for our client in Rugby, located at Central Park. The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week) with a pay rate of £14.24 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay).

You will input data, maintain Excel sheets and process customer orders using SAP. The ideal candidate will have administration experience, strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SAP is advantageous, although training may be provided.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain data on Excel spreadsheets.
• Process customer orders using the SAP system.
• Ensure all records and order information are up to date and accurate.
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties.
• Respond to emails and assist with customer and internal queries where required.
• Maintain organised electronic records and documentation.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
