Job summary

Starcom in London is seeking a Regional Performance Account Manager to drive digital performance for Samsung across 26 European markets. You’ll partner with media, data, technology and client teams to connect markets, share best practices, and deliver innovative campaigns.

You will build trusted relationships with regional stakeholders, analyse campaign performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that move business goals forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in media, digital or agency environments supporting regional or international clients.
• Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to achieve outcomes.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent organisational skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with regional stakeholders and Samsung client contacts across Europe.
• Support planning and delivery of regional digital performance campaigns with high-quality execution.
• Gather market insights and best practices to improve performance across markets.
• Collaborate with channel specialists to develop playbooks and learning resources.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations aligned to business goals.
