Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our agency network supporting SEND schools across the South East and East of England. You will work across multiple sites delivering high-quality interventions within supportive educational settings.

The role involves assessing needs, developing therapy targets, and collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy required.
• HCPC registration is required.
• Membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists is desirable.
• Experience working with children and young people, ideally in SEND settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to travel to multiple schools.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver speech and language therapy interventions.
• Support pupils with a range of communication, language, and speech needs.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and external professionals.
• Develop individual therapy programmes and targets.
• Monitor progress and produce reports as required.

We are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapists to join our agency and support a network of SEND schools across the South East and East of England.

About the Role

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work closely with children and young people with a range of communication needs, helping them to develop the skills required to thrive both academically and socially.
