We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, preparing quotes, and managing invoices.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer details, and contracts.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to queries.
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role, fastener knowledge is an advantage.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
