Job summary

Cooper Parry is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across the business. You will translate requirements into practical designs, guide declarative/config-based work and advise on integrations and data design.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce experience across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work with analysts, developers and stakeholders to ensure secure, maintainable

Qualifications

Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration and platform skills.
Design Salesforce solutions across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, roles and data access.
Experience with flows, validation rules, approvals and automation design.
Knowledge of Apex, LWCs and development concepts.
Experience with integrations, APIs and data migrations.
Clear solution documentation and ability to explain tech to non-tech.
Confident with analysts, developers, testers and stakeholders.
Understanding of delivery lifecycle, releases and change control.
Balance best practice with pragmatic delivery.
Ability to work independently and with wider teams.

Responsibilities

Lead solution design for Salesforce changes, projects, and enhancements.
Translate requirements into Salesforce designs, user stories, and guidance.
Produce design docs: process flows, data models, integration views, options.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand problems and propose Salesforce solutions.
Support decisions on declarative config, custom development, integrations, data design.
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce security principles and internal standards.
Work with Developers and Admins to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Review proposals and challenge designs with potential debt reduction.
Support estimation, impact assessment and delivery planning.
Contribute to governance forums, design reviews and architecture discussions.
Identify opportunities to simplify or improve the Salesforce estate.
