Job summary

SoCode is seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Architect to own the technical architecture, develop and implement a Sales Cloud solution for a London-based engagement. This is a hands-on role requiring coding, configuration and close collaboration with the client’s Salesforce admins.

You will mentor and transfer knowledge to the in-house team, ensure best practices, and help transition to an internally managed Salesforce environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Sales Cloud focus.
• Hands-on development experience with Salesforce.
• Experience in architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL and APIs.
• Experience mentoring Salesforce Administrators and transferring knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Salesforce Sales Cloud technical architecture and design.
• Hands-on development, configuration and implementation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, robust technical solutions.
• Lead technical development with performance, security, scalability, and maintainability in mind.
• Configure and customise Salesforce functionality to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Review existing Salesforce architecture and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the Salesforce team.
• Train, mentor and upskill existing Salesforce Administrators, transferring knowledge.
• Produce clear technical documentation and ensure internal retention.
• Support the transition towards an internally managed Salesforce environment.
