Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initially with potential extension (long-term project)
Responsibilities
- 12+ years CRM experience with at least 3 years in the public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain.
- Mandatory experience with PSS (Salesforce Public Sector Cloud) implementation.
- Experience working on PSS cloud and GDS understanding is beneficial.
- CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate systems.
- Detail-oriented with quick learning ability for new concepts and technologies.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a team to solve technical and business problems.
- Act as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for clients.
- Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud implementation touchpoints.
- Assess business requirements, co-create future visions, and map to Salesforce solutions.
- Contribute to target architecture, phasing, and transition planning.
- Provide domain expertise for Salesforce 360 platform solutions.
- Support CRM strategy development and roadmap creation, leveraging Salesforce technology.
- Work with clients to design solutions based on complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams and partners to detail solutions and identify risks.
- Stay updated with industry trends and Salesforce solutions.
