Job summary

OSF Digital, a leading Salesforce consulting and technology services organization, is seeking a Salesforce Consultant- Loyalty Management to join our growing practice and deliver innovative loyalty solutions for global clients.

You will develop program strategies and plans, coordinate multiple related projects, manage risks and inter-project dependencies, mentor project managers, optimize resources, and ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and of high quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role managing complex multiproject programs.
• Strong background in project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and objectives.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of multiple related projects within the program, ensuring coherence and alignment.
• Manage and resolve inter-project dependencies, risks, and issues, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
• Monitor and report on program progress, performance, and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead and mentor project managers and teams within the program, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Optimize resource allocation across projects, ensuring efficient use of personnel, budget, and materials.
• Ensure program deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Facilitate strategic decision-making and problem-solving within the program, driving continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of program and project management methodologies and best practices.
