Job summary

A&O Shearman in Belfast is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to join our IT Team. You will own the Peerpoint Salesforce roadmap, lead end-to-end administration and configure the platform to meet business goals.

You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, manage deployments and integrations, and drive data quality, analytics and adoption across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires ADM201 certification and strong Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Salesforce Administration experience, ideally ADM 201 certified.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Platform & PSA.
• Business analysis, requirements gathering & analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce roadmap and backlog, aligning with IT strategy.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Act as product owner for enhancements, coordinating requirements and impact across jurisdictions.
• Manage releases with testing (UAT/regression) and documentation.
• Create and maintain automation using Flow; remediate legacy tools.
• Define data quality, reporting and dashboard standards for leadership.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with security and data protection.
• Coordinate external vendors and contractors, tracking SLA delivery.
• Design integrations with A&O Shearman systems for reliability.
• Drive user enablement through training and stakeholder engagement.
