About the Role:
Our client, a global organisation based in London, is seeking a talented Salesforce Product Owner to lead and optimise their Salesforce platform across multiple business units. This is a key role that bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring the Salesforce ecosystem drives maximum value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related initiatives, managing the product backlog and prioritising features based on business value.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and Salesforce administrators to deliver scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Ensure consistent Salesforce best practices, governance, and adoption across the organisation.
• Monitor performance, gather user feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
• Drive the roadmap for Salesforce development aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms and internal systems.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, or Product Owner credentials) are highly desirable.
