Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to drive product strategy and delivery across CRM initiatives, with a strong focus on customer journeys and data-driven decision making.

You will lead discovery, shape opportunities, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and collaborate with agile teams and stakeholders to maximise business value, including FSC considerations where relevant.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce and CRM capabilities.
• Experience leading product leadership and roadmaps.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Ability to work with data teams and translate insights into product strategies.
