Job summary

Network IT Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Salesforce Manager to join the Technical Operations team. The role blends administration, solution design, stakeholder engagement and project delivery to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs.

You'll work closely with the Salesforce Product Manager, resolve complex support issues, gather requirements, design scalable solutions and drive deployments, enhancements, and adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce platforms with multiple clouds.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, and roles.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive ongoing enhancement and optimisation of the Salesforce platform.
• Oversee day-to-day platform administration and support activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Deliver platform improvements and projects through full lifecycle.
• Develop automation, reporting, dashboards, and integrations.
• Own complex support issues and communicate status clearly.
• Contribute to backlog management and prioritisation.
• Produce documentation covering processes and governance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Support Salesforce across admin, config, and delivery functions.
