Job summary

BearingPoint in London is seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant to deliver end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. You will run workshops, translate requirements into functional specs and user stories, and design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.

The role requires strong CRM and stakeholder management skills, experience with Flow and declarative tooling, and a background in Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a management consultancy or Salesforce Partner environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds, including Sales, Service, and Experience.
• Experience with industry clouds such as Financial Services Cloud is desirable.
• Experience with declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
• Excellent understanding of CRM processes and business operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Conduct workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with guidance from senior team members.
• Contribute to the design of scalable, user-focused Salesforce solutions aligned to platform best practices.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools such as Flow.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and development.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
