Job summary

Liberis is building an embedded finance platform with a global Salesforce Engineering practice. You will lead a pod of developers and admins, guiding technical direction and strategic decisions while remaining hands-on.

You will work with cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and product to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, while growing the team and maintaining platform health and governance.

Qualifications

• Essential: proven success in a Salesforce development role with ownership of architecture decisions.
• Essential: deep command of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and declarative configuration.
• Essential: experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs; mentoring or leading developers or admins.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and quality of your team's Salesforce org segment.
• Lead architecture decisions and stay close to the code during delivery and incident response.
• Manage people: goals, feedback, career development for engineers and admins; foster growth and collaboration.
