As a Salesforce DevOps Engineer / Lead, you will be responsible for establishing, governing, and optimising Salesforce DevOps processes across a complex Salesforce landscape.
You will lead the implementation and management of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Azure DevOps, or similar DevOps platforms, ensuring secure, compliant, and high-quality deployments across multiple Salesforce environments. Working closely with architects, developers, release managers, product owners, and delivery teams, you will help accelerate delivery while maintaining governance, security, and auditability standards.
