The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development and proven experience managing and leading diverse development teams. The successful Development Lead can expect a salary of circa £80k DOE, plus 10% pension, remote working, over 30 days annual leave, healthcare, and flexible working arrangements.
