We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer to join our client's customer service platform team. Your role will involve developing the future of customer service and launching new products, with a significant impact on how the world experiences music.

What you’ll do

1. Build and maintain high-quality features/services using Apex, Lightning (Aura & LWC), JavaScript, integration patterns, and other technologies.
2. Develop and sustain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party services.
3. Continuously improve automations related to Salesforce and other tools.
4. Enhance the Case management process within Salesforce.
5. Improve the maintainability and quality of features/services.
6. Groom and recommend best practices for requests from colleagues.
7. Design and develop flexible and scalable solutions to meet immediate business needs.
8. Engage with stakeholders to understand user needs and implement optimal solutions.
