We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join our client's customer service platform. You will help develop the future of customer service and assist in releasing new products, impacting how the world experiences music.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal and third-party services.
• Continuously improve automations related to Salesforce and other tools.
• Enhance the Case management process using Salesforce tools.
• Improve the maintainability and quality of features/services.
• Groom and recommend best practices based on colleagues' requests.
• Design and develop flexible, scalable solutions to meet immediate business needs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand user needs and implement appropriate solutions.
