Job summary

Understanding Recruitment NFP is seeking a Salesforce Developer to take technical ownership of the Salesforce platform, supporting its ongoing development, integration and improvement across a large UK-wide organisation.

The role focuses on hands-on Apex development and owning technical solutions, with responsibility for performance, security and architecture in a complex environment, including potential Nonprofit Cloud/NPSP experience.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Apex development experience.
• Ownership of technical solutions, integrations and platform health.
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Nonprofit Cloud/NPSP or related Salesforce products is a plus.

Responsibilities

I’m partnered with a large, UK-wide, organisation who are looking to bring in a Salesforce Developer to take technical ownership of their Salesforce platform and support its ongoing development, integration and improvement.

This is a great opportunity to join a large organisation where Salesforce is a business-critical platform, working across a complex environment and helping shape how the platform develops as part of a wider technology transformation.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on Apex development experience who is comfortable owning technical solutions, integrations and the ongoing health of the platform.

The Salesforce Developer will:

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud


• Build and govern Apex solutions, including classes, triggers and SOQL queries


• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, external APIs and wider business systems


• Take ownership of platform performance, security, resilience and technical architecture


• Have strong experience supporting and developing Salesforce within a complex organisation


• Ideally have experience with Nonprofit Cloud/NPSP, Agentforce, Data 360 or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
