Job summary

Hyra in London is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to take technical ownership of the Salesforce platform, supporting ongoing development, integration, and platform health in a hybrid work model.

The role focuses onDesigning scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud, governing Apex, and managing integrations with external APIs while maintaining security and performance in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce engineering experience across Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions and governing Apex.
• Knowledge of integrations between Salesforce and external APIs.
• Ability to own platform performance, security and technical architecture.
• Experience in complex organizations; nonprofit cloud/NPSP exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

I'm partnered with a large, UK-wide, healthcare membership body who are looking to hire a Salesforce Engineer to take technical ownership of their Salesforce platform and support its ongoing development, integration and improvement.

This is a great opportunity to join a large organisation where Salesforce is a business-critical platform, working across a complex environment and helping shape how the platform develops as part of a wider technology transformation.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on Salesforce engineering experience who is comfortable owning technical solutions, integrations and the ongoing health of the platform.
