Accenture Song, part of Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group, seeks a Salesforce Consumer Goods Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery for major Consumer Goods programs across London, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds. You will lead multi-discipline teams, govern delivery, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with clients and partners globally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce programs in a Delivery Lead or Program Manager role.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce core platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Experience in Consumer Goods industry processes and challenges.
• Ability to lead distributed teams in a global delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of Salesforce programs for Consumer Goods clients.
• Lead multi-stream delivery initiatives across functional, technical and integration workstreams.
• Establish and manage delivery governance including planning, risk & issue management, quality assurance and reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Accenture quality standards.
