Job summary

Baird in London is seeking a technically curious, data-minded professional to join a global team supporting Investment Banking across the UK and US. You will focus on data quality, governance, reporting and automation, ensuring trusted information and enabling AI initiatives.

The role offers hybrid work: in the London office Tue, Wed, Thu with Mon and Fri remote. You’ll work with Salesforce, Power BI, Power Automate and Snowflake to build reports and visuals that inform decisions and drive

Qualifications

• Interest in developing skills across Salesforce, data management, reporting, automation and business operations.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Ability to follow established data governance and compliance processes and identify potential data quality issues.
• Ability to organize information and present data in a clear, decision-oriented manner.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of the Salesforce data dictionary and related AI-ready definitions.
• Support design and operation of data compliance processes, reporting and audit cycles.
• Monitor Salesforce data integrity across records and assist with data clean-up and backfill.
• Maintain Data Quality Dashboard items and follow up on exceptions.
• Assist with building and modifying Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to training materials and best-practice guidance for Salesforce users.
