Job summary

Baird Careers is seeking a technically curious, data-minded professional to join a global team supporting Investment Banking across the UK and US. You’ll focus on data quality, governance, reporting and automation, gaining hands-on exposure to Salesforce, Power BI, Power Automate and Snowflake while collaborating with Operations and Technology colleagues.

This developmental role offers flexibility to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the London office and Monday and Friday remote.

Qualifications

• Interest in Salesforce, data management, reporting and automation.
• Willingness to learn data governance and compliance processes.
• Ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce data dictionary development and maintenance.
• Assist with data governance, reporting, and audit cycles.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity across EIB and GIB records.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to automation initiatives using Power Automate.
