Job summary

Arrows is seeking a Salesforce Data Engineer to join our London team. You will own Salesforce Data 360, design data models, and build ELT pipelines into BigQuery for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate across insight, data engineering and reporting, delivering Looker/Looker Studio insights to marketing stakeholders and ensuring accurate identity resolution and activation across multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) including data streams, data model objects, identity resolution and activation.
• Strong SQL and either Python or dbt.
• GCP and BigQuery experience, ideally with Looker or Looker Studio.
• Agency, media, martech or marketing-side background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce Data 360 for a new enterprise client: data model design, ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation and activation.
• Build and maintain ELT pipelines into BigQuery from ad platforms and client systems.
• Manage integrations between agency platforms and data partners, including API configuration.
• Build reporting layers in Looker and Looker Studio for agency teams and marketing stakeholders.
• Work across several clients simultaneously with independence.
