Job summary

TechOhana in the North East is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to drive complex multi-cloud projects and modernise legacy customisations. You will gather requirements from stakeholders across sales, service, and marketing to deliver declarative solutions on time.

Day-to-day work includes configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, supporting Marketing Cloud Engagement, and training users to ensure adoption keeps pace with platform changes. Hybrid role in Newcastle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce experience in a customised org, covering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong Flow and declarative automation, with preference for standard functionality.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement or Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce or SOQL; capable of supporting investigations.

Responsibilities

• Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Support Marketing Cloud Engagement and related campaigns.
• Assess impact of changes and integrations; minimise bespoke builds.
• Train users to ensure adoption keeps pace with the build.

Salesforce Consultant | 50,000-60,000 | Hybrid 3 days Newcastle

TechOhana have partnered with an established North East business to appoint a Salesforce Consultant.

The org is heavily customised and multi-cloud, with an active programme migrating legacy Apex, Aura and Lightning Web Component builds to standard and declarative functionality. The role carries the consulting side of that work: understanding the process behind the request, then designing a solution the business can actually support.

You'll work with stakeholders across sales, service and marketing to gather requirements, define scope and deliver declarative solutions to agreed timescales. Day to day that means Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration, Marketing Cloud Engagement support, impact assessment on existing automation and integrations, and training users so adoption keeps pace with the build.

• Hands-on Salesforce experience in a customised org, across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong Flow and declarative automation, with the judgement to recommend standard functionality over bespoke build
• Marketing Cloud Engagement or Experience Cloud experience
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce or SOQL, enough to support investigations and assess change impact. You would not be expected to write code
• Experience replacing legacy customisations with standard or declarative functionality
• Integrations with ERP or marketing automation platforms
• £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working, three days a week in the Newcastle upon Tyne office
• Exposure across Sales, Service and Marketing clouds rather than a single specialism
