Job summary

Steadman Brown in the United Kingdom is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join its CRM/enterprise tech team. You will work with business stakeholders, users and technical teams to translate needs into clear requirements and Salesforce solutions.

You will document business requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and help plan scoping, timelines and resourcing for projects across Sales, Service, Marketing and Data Cloud.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Salesforce or CRM Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and business processes.
• Experience in leading scoping sessions with stakeholders across the business.
• Experience managing timelines on projects and ensuring adequate resources.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Work with senior stakeholders to understand the processes, pain points and opportunities for improvements.
• Translate business requirements into clear Salesforce user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Plan and coordinate project level scope, timelines and resourcing for smaller project engagements.
