Join a collaborative technology team where your Salesforce expertise will make a real impact across our UK and European business. You'll play a key role in maintaining, improving and evolving one of our most important business platforms, helping colleagues work more efficiently while delivering better experiences for our customers.

Your mission

As our new Salesforce Administrator, you'll work closely with the Platform Lead, Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce continues to deliver value across the organisation. What you'll be doing

  • Maintain, configure and optimise the Salesforce platform, integrations and reporting suite.

  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, page layouts, flows, validation rules and other Salesforce configuration components.

  • Create and manage custom objects, record types, fields and object relationships.

  • Administer users, profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules and platform access to ensure secure and effective governance.

  • Support the ongoing development and optimisation of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions.

  • Collaborate with the Platform Lead, Product Managers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.

  • Resolve user queries, incidents and service requests, providing a responsive and customer-focused support experience.

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, recommend platform enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Work effectively across multiple priorities, balancing support, change requests and platform improvements while meeting agreed deadlines.

Who we're looking for

You'll thrive in this role if you're naturally curious, enjoy solving problems and are passionate about improving the way people work through technology. You're collaborative, proactive and enjoy working with stakeholders across different teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • 2–3 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a business environment.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.

  • Strong experience configuring Salesforce Lightning, including reports, dashboards, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects, custom fields and flows.

  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

  • Confidence managing users, roles, permissions, sharing rules and platform governance.

  • A solid understanding of Salesforce Flow and the ability to troubleshoot flow errors.

  • Awareness of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components.

  • Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering great user experiences.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Pardot or other Salesforce marketing platforms.

  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service.

  • Experience working within the travel, leisure or hospitality industry.

  • A passion for holidays and customer-focused businesses.

How you'll make an impact

  • Ensure Salesforce remains reliable, secure and aligned with evolving business needs.

  • Deliver configuration improvements that simplify processes and increase efficiency.

  • Enhance reporting and dashboards to support informed business decisions.

  • Improve the user experience by responding quickly to support requests and implementing effective solutions.

  • Collaborate across technology and business teams to deliver scalable platform enhancements.

  • Contribute to the long-term Salesforce roadmap through innovation, continuous learning and practical recommendations.
