The Portfolio Group in Manchester is seeking a Salesforce Support Analyst to join a growing software team. You will help users of a highly customised Salesforce platform, address issues, and help develop new functionality alongside our Salesforce team.

The role offers training and clear progression as the platform scales across the group; prior coding experience is a plus, but the priority is attitude and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in core Salesforce configuration.
• Existing experience with coding is useful, but not essential.
• Attitude, problem-solving capability, and a willingness to learn are our top priorities.
