Job summary

Global Resourcing is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator on a short-term contract to take ownership of the Salesforce platform and maximise its value across the charity. The role includes delivering Power BI insights and collaborating with an outsourced IT supplier, with a London induction.

The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration skills, experience with Power BI and a track record of working with stakeholders and charity projects.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Good understanding of Salesforce environments, configuration and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting and data insights.
• Comfortable working with third-party IT suppliers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Charity sector experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Salesforce platform, ensuring it is well maintained, effective and aligned to business needs.
• Develop Power BI reporting and insights, helping teams make better use of their data.
• Work closely with the organisation’s outsourced IT supplier
• Identify future Salesforce projects, improvements and opportunities.
