Job summary
Our client, a Gloucester-based group delivering engineered water solutions, seeks a Salesforce Administrator to manage and evolve Salesforce across trading entities. The role is based in Gloucester with occasional travel to Henley, Colchester and Redditch.
You will administer Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, configure users and data access, and implement automation, reporting and governance while engaging with business stakeholders for scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-onSales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Certification in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and BI tools.
- Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets and data access across clouds.
- Design, build and maintain automation using Flow and rules.
- Oversee release, change and environment management within IT policy.
- Provide user guidance, training and adoption analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
