Circet UK is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards tailored to user needs.
  2. Provide analytical insights into company KPIs and measures, transforming raw data into actionable insights.
  3. Monitor and manage Salesforce support cases, focusing on reporting issues.
  4. Handle defects and change requests related to reporting functionalities efficiently.
  5. Collaborate regularly with the Business Support Manager to discuss reporting needs, progress, and enhancements.
  6. Support Salesforce system maintenance, especially around reporting tools.
  7. Engage directly with clients to understand and deliver their reporting requirements.
  8. Develop using Salesforce tools such as Flows, APEX, and data modeling, with a focus on reporting functionalities.
  9. Update Power BI Dashboards with Salesforce data, ensuring reports are current and actionable.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
  • Ability to convert complex data into understandable and actionable reports.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining report findings and gathering requirements.
  • Attention to detail to ensure report accuracy.
  • Extensive experience in designing and developing reports in Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, SOQL, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce technologies related to reporting tools.
  • Preferred: 2+ years in a reporting-focused role, proficiency in data visualization tools.
