Social Network Login/Join

The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Salesforce Product Manager and lead the ongoing development of our deployment. The role involves working closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance and support operational requests to support day-to-day operations.
  • Triage and resolve bug support tickets.
  • Support change management by offering solutions or guiding colleagues through Service Cloud capabilities.
  • Create clear documentation (such as HLDs and LLDs) to support change management.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Salesforce Service Cloud Org.
  • Identify and highlight key areas for improvement.
  • Estimate work effort required for proposed changes.
Minimum Requirements
  • Understanding of automation tools (e.g., Flow and Approval Processes).
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Understanding of intelligent automation technologies like Salesforce Einstein, Prompt Builder, and AI in Customer Contact Centres.
  • Experience with APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning components is advantageous.
  • Ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
  • Strong decision-making, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification required; Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Rail Industries is advantageous.
Location

Sheffield city centre at our modern offices, ten minutes' walk from Sheffield Station. Agile and hybrid working options are available and can be discussed. Travel to other UK locations may be required.

Working Pattern

37.5 hours per week, between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday; some weekend work by exception.
