Job summary

Stellarmann in London seeks a hands-on Salesforce Administrator/Platform Owner to manage a small Salesforce environment. You will support users, maintain security, configure features, and drive improvements across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

The role involves gathering requirements, delivering enhancements, managing releases and deployments, creating reports and dashboards, and documenting the platform. Experience with PSA and platform roadmaps is desirable.

Qualifications

• Solid Salesforce Administration experience with hands-on technical and functional skills.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud configuration and security.
• Strong knowledge of Flow automation and reports/dashboards.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering platform enhancements.
• Ability to manage releases, deployments, and stakeholder communications.
• PSA experience and platform roadmap ownership is desirable.

Responsibilities
